At least one part of the agenda is answer( universal Pre-K)

I am happy to see at least one part of the agenda is being answered. Universal Pre-K for all children. That was a good effort. At least the children will get to start school and learn the basic. With this in mind the children will be more smarter starting out so young. In my opinion, this is a great effort to give each child the opportunity to learn for the future. How would this affect the children? This is a positive effect on each child. This challenge the children to think outside the box. This would have a positive impact on each individual child. This would motivate every child to learn. This would give every child the opportunity to be around other children. They will feel happy to interact with children their own age. They will be elated to have each other as classmates.
